OUR Services
The EPA quotes residential radon system mitigation costs vary between $500 and $2500. In our experience, depending on the aggregate under the house, geological considerations, and construction or architectural customization, the typical cost of a radon mitigation system is between $800 and $1500. A new house with radon resistant construction could be as little as $500. A hundred plus year old farm house with two foot thick limestone walls could cost considerably more.
Given these widely variable conditions, Radon Protection Services of Gettysburg makes a point to thoroughly assess your property in person to ensure you receive a fair price and a safe, healthy home environment.
From testing to mitigation and installations, Radon Protection Services of Gettysburg can provide you peace of mind for your home or business.

Mitigation

This system was installed by apprentice Tim Guiffreda on new construction prior to the tenant moving in.Due to the totally finished basement, the system had to be installed outside. Tim followed the path of the downspout in an effort to conceal as much of the installation as possible. Fan manufacturers recommend that installers do not use metal gutter as vent pipe.
Installations
If possible, we prefer to conceal your entire system. From color matching the pipe to your existing trim or downspout, to making use of landscaping features to conceal fan locations outside - we do our best to find a pathway through your house to allow the entire system to be built into the existing home. We are willing to work with you and your architect to ensure the aesthetics of the system are visually pleasing.
